Every school in our Trust is supported by our Central Services Team.
The team is led by the CEO, who has overall responsibility for the education of all the young people in our schools. She provides high level strategic leadership and management across all aspects of the Trust’s activities.
The Central Services Team provides high-quality leadership and expert support to the Trust in the following areas:

- Estates, IT and digital strategy

- Human resources and staff wellbeing
- Inclusion and SEND
- Marketing and communications
- Operations, governance and external partnerships
- Safeguarding and student welfare
