In February 2021, Mulberry School for Girls was selected by the Department for Education to become one of only 87 Teaching School Hubs in the country.
Led by Mulberry School for Girls, the East London Teaching School Hub launched in September 2021. It is responsible for ensuring that teachers from all 176 schools in Hackney and Tower Hamlets have access to world-class teacher development programmes.
The East London Teaching School Hub delivers world-class development programmes for teachers at every stage of their career. Drawing on the passion, expertise and capacity from across Tower Hamlets and Hackney, it equips teachers with the techniques, motivation and confidence they need to make a difference for every student in the region.
