The Mulberry Schools Trust comprises a total of five Company Members; two of whom are founding Company Members. They meet once a year for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Some Company Members are either on the Trust Board or the Local Governing Body of the founding school, Mulberry School for Girls and attend relevant Board and Local Governing Body meetings, as well as visiting schools within the Trust.

Liz Bromley | Independent Member – Liz has worked in education for more than 25 years and is currently the CEO of NCG (formerly the Newcastle College Group). Liz previously was the Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Central Lancashire and has held senior roles with the Open University, the University of Salford, and Goldsmiths, University of London Liz holds a number of non-executive roles, including the Sir John Brunner Foundation Trust, English Heritage, and the Newcastle Hospitals Foundation Trust. |

Jane Earl | Jane is a resident in Tower Hamlets. In her executive career she was chief executive of the local authority in Berkshire, and ran the government Assets Recovery agency. For 6 years she was the Chief Executive of Rich Mix arts Centre in Bethnal Green Since 2007, she has held a number of non-executive roles, particularly in housing. She currently chairs the Thirteen housing association board, based in the north-east, and the M & G shared ownership Ltd board. She’s also chair of Surrey Choices, a local authority trading company which provides services for people with learning disabilities.
Jane’s voluntary roles include trusteeships of Uprising, Maslaha, and the St George in the East Parochial Church Council. She has previously been involved in education activities, and continues to be a strong supporter of arts charities. |
Mujibur Rahman | Independent Member – Mujibar is a local Accountant and long-serving Governor of Mulberry School for Girls’ Local Governing Body for over 30 years. |
Delia Barker | Independent Member – Delia is an Independent Member. Delia previously held director roles at Deeds & Words in East London, the Roundhouse in Camden (overseeing the delivery of the charity’s main objective using the power of creativity to change the lives of young people) and at the English National Ballet School. Delia is currently Chair of Phoenix Dance Centre in Leeds and is a Trustee on the Board of world renowned Studio Wayne McGregor. She previously served 8 years as Chair. |
