The Mulberry Schools Trust comprises a total of five Company Members; two of whom are founding Company Members. They meet once a year for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Some Company Members are either on the Trust Board or the Local Governing Body of the founding school, Mulberry School for Girls and attend relevant Board and Local Governing Body meetings, as well as visiting schools within the Trust.

| Liz Bromley | Independent Member – Liz has worked in education for more than 25 years and is currently the CEO of NCG (formerly the Newcastle College Group). Liz previously was the Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Central Lancashire and has held senior roles with the Open University, the University of Salford, and Goldsmiths, University of London Liz holds a number of non-executive roles, including the Sir John Brunner Foundation Trust, English Heritage, and the Newcastle Hospitals Foundation Trust. |

| Sarah Sarwar | Independent Member – Sarah Sarwar is a Deputy Headteacher at British International School in Oman. Sarah was part of the Teach First Programme and taught in schools in Newham and Tower Hamlets for over a decade. Sarah is the Co Founder of Nijjor Manush- A community collective engaging local people with grassroots politics. |
| Mujibur Rahman | Independent Member – Mujibar is a local Accountant and long-serving Governor of Mulberry School for Girls’ Local Governing Body for over 30 years. |
| Delia Barker | Independent Member – Delia is an Independent Member. Delia previously held director roles at Deeds & Words in East London, the Roundhouse in Camden (overseeing the delivery of the charity’s main objective using the power of creativity to change the lives of young people) and at the English National Ballet School. Delia is currently Chair of Phoenix Dance Centre in Leeds and is a Trustee on the Board of world renowned Studio Wayne McGregor. She previously served 8 years as Chair. |
