Trail running sessions open to all MAS students this half term

This half term, TrailFam are opening up our trail running sessions to all. Sessions will run during the school day on Mondays and Wednesdays and can be booked online via the link below. No experience is necessary and the sessions are open to all abilities and fitness levels. If you would like to try out this amazing sport or simply spend some time in nature, make sure you ask a parent to sign you up online soon as spaces are limited.

2025 Race Team Launch

We have some incredible athletes at MAS and this year we have relaunched our TrailFam race team. The race season starts Saturday 18th January in the New Forest with students and teachers alike taking to the trails. Our race team will also be mentored by a team of world class athletes from around the world who will share their expertise and experience with our young athletes. This year the TrailFam race team will travel to Snowdonia, the Lake District, Gran Canaria and the Italian Alps (to name a few) to test themselves against some of the best young talent around! Community 16+

There is nothing better than running with a crew of people! If you are in the 6th form and want to get fit and improve as a runner, come and join the TrailFam community every Monday after school for a coached session. This is open to all young people in east London so feel free to bring along friends, even if they aren’t at MAS.

Inclusive Trails

In my 10+ years of working at Mulberry Academy Shoreditch, one thing that I feel our school is extraordinary at is being an inclusive school. Even more extraordinary are the students that work in our inclusion department! Our TrailFam LSU sessions have gone from strength to strength this academic year and are a personal weekly highlight for myself and all staff involved. Keep being incredible, all of you! Mr Stokes
