Skiing in Sestrière

The Annual Ski Trip to Sestriere in the Italian Alps took place last week from 19th-25th January. Forty four students from years 7-13 attended ready to discover or develop their skills in skiing. All students made such incredible progress in the 4 days we had skiing; the top group even managed black runs this year! Students had 4 hours of lessons with skilled instructors everyday and got involved in evening activities including basketball and football in the sports hall, quiz night, shopping in the village and ice skating. Thank you to the staff that attended who included Ms McRill, Ms Fabian, Mr Vickers, Mr Cox and Mr Donnelly. Next years trip is already in the planning so keep an eye out for letters.
